Bourbon Excursions

Bourbon Excursions is a bourbon tour operator that offers one-of-a-kind bourbon tasting adventures through bourbon distilleries throughout the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. This veteran-owned business has been providing trail tours for over twenty years and has been providing trail tours and tastings to thousands of patrons across the globe. They needed a new website that better captures the essence of their business and help elevate their status as a top-ranked Kentucky Bourbon Tour.

When designing and directing this website, we focused in on the military and bourbon design elements, including the usage of banners with star elements, use of paper texture to give it a more tactile feel, created a library of stamps to use as accents and callouts to key elements on the page, and tied it all together with custom photography (provided by the client) to give the user an experience they'll never forget. The website includes a database of every distillery, horse farm, and other stops within each of their many pre-packaged or custom tours and displays them all onto an interactive map for the user to easily find what they are looking for.
